I have tried the link myself and I don't find any problem or delay to download it, most probably the cause of the problem is your internet connection, I already told you some options of what you can do in the DM you sent me.
I have the same problem (old phone) I could do an android version but I don't have a way to verify if that version works correctly, so I'm unable to detect bugs and fix them.
